You Don’t Need More to Hold. You Need a Business That Can Hold You.
Introducing
The Manifesting Strategist Circle
A free community for the misfits, the creatives, the unconventional women with big visions who know they’re here to make a profound difference
Discover the most effective way to create a sustainable business that supports you financially, fits the life you actually want to live, and helps you bring your vision into the world with clarity instead of chaos and overwhelm.
You have the vision for what you want to create and you know your work is meaningful to the people you serve.
Like every other entrepreneur on the planet, you want your business to support you and help you thrive financially, while also reflecting your life purpose.
It’d be ideal if it would also offer you the life you actually want to live, simultaneously giving you the freedom to bring more of your ideas into the world.
But sometimes running the business itself feels like having 57 tabs open at once and everything feels like the top priority.
Money, clients, marketing, ideas, systems, family life, your energy level, new content, the next best offer, admin work. And let’s not forget the 8th course you purchased two years ago and didn’t finish but swore you’d get to back to last January.
All of these things feel important and you’re somehow supposed to know what deserves your attention first.
You’re not tired of your big dream, but you are exhausted by the chaos and, let’s face it, the overwhelm, that comes with getting that vision out into the world.
You need something strong enough to hold your vision so you don’t feel like you’re carrying the weight of it all.
For years, business advice taught us to solve everything separately.
Have a money problem? Find a money solution.
Can’t get everything done? Learn time management.
Need more clients? Fix your marketing.
Feeling overwhelmed? Work on your mindset.
Struggling to execute? Find another productivity method.
But your business doesn’t actually operate in separate little boxes. It’s all tied together.
Your money → the choices you can make
Your capacity → what you can execute
Your priorities → your time
Your systems → your energy
Your clients → your creativity
Your personal life affects all of it
Your business is an interconnected ecosystem.
And if you keep treating every challenge like an isolated problem, you’ll spend years fixing symptoms without ever strengthening the structure underneath them.
That’s why I believe:
Building a strong business architecture is the most effective way to create a sustainable business that supports you financially, fits the life you actually want to live, and helps you bring your vision into the world with clarity instead of chaos and overwhelm.
Because the right structure doesn’t take your freedom away.
It creates more of it.
What do I mean by “business architecture”?
Think about building a home.
A strong foundation and solid walls aren’t there to trap you. They’re what make the house safe enough to live in.
There are infinite ways to design a house, and because this is your business, your calling, your vision, you get to arrange the rooms around the way you work and live.
Strong business architecture gives your money, priorities, systems, ideas, energy, support, and real life enough structure to work together without everything depending on you remembering, managing, deciding, and doing every damn thing yourself.
Inside that structure, you get to cultivate.
You get to create, experiment, plant seeds, grow, change direction, birth something new while you let something else lie fallow for a season.
Your business architecture is both an art and a science – you get to nourish your business’s practical needs while also creating something you find beautiful.
Building structure isn’t meant to turn your business into a rigid machine where you feel like you’ve just trapped yourself in a high-stress, low-paying job.
The whole point is to create something sturdy enough to hold you when the storms roll in that feels enjoyable, safe and sustainable.
I learned this the loooong way.
For the first decade of my business, there really wasn’t much of a business without me.
I was trading time for money, so my business revenue depended entirely on the hours I personally worked. During that time I don’t think I took a single vacation without bringing my computer because taking time “off” meant not getting paid.
Eventually, I realized I had become something I never intended to be:
An overworked, underpaid employee of my own creation.
An exhausted and burnt out cog in my own wheel.
By 2022, I knew I had reached the limit of what that business model could hold.
My energetic and time capacities were changing. I’d hit my 40s as a single mom with aging parents who needed more support. And my body wasn’t willing to keep giving me the endless hours and cognitive fuel I could once pull from.
Working harder and adding more hours to stay afloat was no longer the answer.
So I started rebuilding.
I narrowed the focus of my business from broad integration support to only consulting and financials. And then I trained trusted support while at the same time creating clearer processes for my team to follow.
I built systems, automations, client fulfillment structure, marketing support, and operations that no longer existed exclusively inside my head.
Piece by piece, I was building a much stronger architecture for my business. Which, today, I find really funny because I’d already been doing this exact thing for years for all my clients’ businesses! (Guess I saved myself for last. You live and learn, right?)
Eventually, life tested what I’d spent all those ordinary days building.
When my health forced me to step back for an extended period, my business kept going.
When my mom died and I had almost no capacity to work for nearly two months, the essential pieces still clicked into place and worked.
Clients were served and automations did their job – invoices went out, payments came in, cash flow continued flowing. And my team knew what to do..
For the first time, I understood what it meant for a business to hold its owner.
Today, I earn more while working dramatically fewer hours than I did during those earlier years. I have more room to think, create, lead, take care of myself, and actually live inside the life I was supposedly building the business to support all those years ago.
I wish I had understood this much earlier.
That’s a big part of why I created The Manifesting Strategist Circle.
What You’ll Find Inside The Circle
You probably already know a lot.
You’ve read the bestseller books, listened to the top podcasts, taken the big influencers’ courses.
You’ve likely filled journals with your brilliant ideas. You may have even built half your offer, outlined the content, bought the software, or spent an entire afternoon researching the “right” way to do something you still haven’t actually done.
More input (information) isn’t what moves you forward.
What you need is a place to make sense of what you already know, see how the pieces connect, decide what deserves your attention now, and actually use it.
Inside The Manifesting Strategist Circle, you’ll explore your whole business with the approach a functional medicine practitioner might use, instead of just noting a bunch of annoying symptoms to treat with 900 different prescriptions.
You can expect conversations, trainings, masterclasses, resources, reflection, and support around things like:
money and financial visibility
strategy, priorities, and execution
systems and structure
mindset, energy, capacity, and self-awareness
conscious leadership
creating safer containers and healthier boundaries
manifestation paired with grounded action
and what it actually takes to build a business that supports the person running it.
This isn’t another place for you to collect more information. It’s not a course you’re behind on. You actually don’t even need to consume everything inside The Circle. Just focus on what you need right now.
My job is to drip content in as The Circle community requests it.
And then you come in, find what’s useful for the season you’re in, and strengthen the infrastructure of your house in the areas that feel the most wobbly.
Oftentimes, entrepreneurship can feel lonely and isolating.
Especially when you don’t have someone to bounce ideas off of, or because the people around you don’t quite understand why you can see something so clearly in your head and still struggle to figure out which piece to build first.
You may be building your business architecture yourself, but you don’t have to build it alone.
Let Community Become Part of Your Architecture
Here, community becomes part of the architecture that holds you, too.
You may not have employees yet. Maybe you’re not quite ready for a mastermind or private consulting. That’s okay.
If you don’t have other entrepreneurs in your everyday life who understand why you’re thinking about an offer at 10pm, wrestling with pricing, trying to decide what to prioritize, or questioning whether you’ve lost your mind for wanting to pivot, then…
Let The Circle Community be a part of your team!
Relationships, proximity, perspective, accountability, and support are all part of the infrastructure you want to nail down.
So, consider The Circle a place to ask questions, share what you’re working through, exchange ideas, celebrate what’s working, get perspective when you’ve been staring at the same problem for too long, and connect with people who understand the messy middle between having the vision and actually making it work.
You may find an accountability partner.
You might meet someone whose experience helps you see your own business differently.
It’s possible you could find the perfect person for your next collaboration.
The Circle gives you your people.
And throughout the year, we’ll come together on Zoom for seasonal community gatherings: opportunities to see each other face-to-face, connect, reflect, and explore whatever that season calls for through conversation, coaching, ritual, reflection, or something we create together.
I get it.
But look, I am NOT talking about rigid schedules, enormous Notion dashboards, complicated systems, or somebody else’s rules for how your brain is supposed to work.
(That would make me run for the hills, too. Because… freedom. Like you, it’s one of my core values.)
No, I’m talking about the kind of structure that reduces what you have to hold.
“But structure makes me want to run for the hills.”
Your business architecture should fit your capacity, your priorities, your values, your goals, and the way you actually want to live your inspired life.
You don’t need to build the whole house today.
You don’t even need to know what every room will eventually look like.
You just need to know where to begin.
Start here.
Ask yourself one question:
If you had to step away from your business for two weeks tomorrow, what would be most likely to fall apart?
Maybe client delivery stops. Or there’s no one who knows what needs to happen next. Could it be that marketing gets put on hold? Or that your financial information is so messy that you can’t see what you can actually afford?
Is every decision waiting on you? (Are you the cog in the wheel?)
Maybe it’s all of the above?
If that’s the case, don’t judge yourself. Treat your answer as information and use it to your advantage.
Because it shows you where your architecture needs support first.
You don’t have to build or rebuild your whole house at once. Start with the part that needs strengthening now.
The Manifesting Strategist Circle is free.
Yes, my love – FREE!
I created The Circle because people have asked me versions of the same question for years:
“Please show me how you did it.”
How did you build a business that supports you?
How did you make it sustainable?
How do you manage the money?
How do you decide what to work on?
How do you have systems without losing your creativity?
How do you keep building when life is also happening?
There isn’t one trick or one perfect strategy.
And there definitely isn’t another 97-step formula I think you need to memorize.
It’s learning how the pieces work together.
Building the architecture and cultivating what you’ve created.
And it’s learning to become the person who can dream the dream, plan the plan, and live the life she’s building by design.
If that’s the kind of business you’re trying to create, I’d love to have you inside.

Build something meaningful. Build something sustainable. Build something strong enough to hold you.
Hi, I’m Randi.
I’ve been building businesses, solving problems, organizing chaos, and helping other entrepreneurs figure out how to make their ideas actually work for more than two decades.
I founded Clone Consulting in 2012, and somewhere along the way I developed a reputation for helping newer business owners build businesses that are actually sustainable, not just fleeting aspirations. The kind that can make money, grow with you, and support the life you’re consciously creating instead of taking it over.
My work has evolved a lot over the years, from hands-on business support to financial management, strategic consulting, integration work, and helping women turn big, sometimes wildly scattered visions into viable businesses that feel as good as they look.
And I’ve learned most of what I teach by living it.
I spent years building a business that depended too heavily on my own time and capacity. Eventually, I realized that if the business was going to be sustainable, I had to stop being the person holding every piece together.
So I rebuilt it with stronger financial foundations, clearer processes, trusted support, and more intentional structure. That changed not only how the business operated, but how I got to live inside it.
That shift changed everything.
Now I spend much more of my time in the visionary seat, doing the work I’m best at: seeing how the pieces connect, spotting what’s getting in the way, helping you figure out what needs your attention now, and building the structure underneath your ideas so they have somewhere solid to land.
I’m equal parts strategist, finance nerd, creative, dreamer, manifestor and “okay, but how are we actually going to make this work?” person.
And if you’ve ever looked at your giant vision and thought:
I know I’m here to do things differently. I have meaningful work to bring into the world. I just don’t know how to make all the pieces work together.
You’re exactly the kind of person I created The Manifesting Strategist Circle for.
