Deserving, Perfectionism & the Truth About Your Money Story

If you’ve been following me on social media, you know I’ve been speaking a lot lately about what it means to deserve.

To truly feel deserving — not because you checked every box or performed every role perfectly, but because you’re a human being with needs, desires, and dreams that matter.

Deserving the best isn’t something we earn by being flawless.

But many of us — myself included — have internalized the belief that we have to present as perfect in order to be worthy.

And when we fall short of that impossible standard, we shrink.

We self-abandon.

We delay.

We tell ourselves we’ll take action when it’s better, neater, more polished.

And the thing we actually need — clarity, healing, momentum — gets pushed off again.

I know this cycle intimately.

Growing up as a dancer, I learned early how to communicate with my body — how to perform. But I didn’t always know how to use my voice.

And for a long time, I confused being seen as perfect with being worthy of love, attention, or success.

That pattern didn’t stay on the stage.
It followed me into my business.
Into my finances.
Into my relationships.
Into the way I thought I had to earn everything I received.

But here's the truth I’m coming home to — and maybe you are too:

You don’t need to be perfect to be powerful.

You don’t need to be polished to be prosperous.

You don’t need to have your books in order to start learning how to manage your money with confidence.

You just need to be willing.

That’s why I’m creating Financial Foundations for DIY CEOs — not as a course to make you perfect with money, but to help you finally get started.

To take the first step with clarity.
To stop letting shame, avoidance, or perfectionism keep you stuck.

Because the chaos in your finances is never just about the numbers.

It’s about your nervous system. Your beliefs. Your story.
It’s about the little voice that says, "You don’t deserve to have this figured out."

But I’m here to remind you that you do.

You deserve to know what’s going on in your business financially.

You deserve systems that make you feel empowered instead of overwhelmed.

You deserve support that meets you where you are and walks with you toward what you’re building.

Let this be the moment you give yourself permission to begin.
Imperfectly. Gently. Deservingly.

If this resonated, I’d love for you to join me inside Financial Foundations for DIY CEOs. It’s a soulful, strategic program for early-stage entrepreneurs who are ready to stop guessing and start growing.

This is an opportunity for 10 Founding Members to work closely with me to get their businesses set up the same way we do for our six- and seven-figure clients.

When it comes to money, a lot of people think they need to have it all figured out before they can get help.

But that belief is exactly what keeps so many heart-led entrepreneurs stuck in the cycle of avoidance, shame, and overwhelm.

The truth is you don’t get clarity and confidence by waiting until you’re “ready.” You get there by taking the first step — messy, imperfect, and brave.

If you’re ready to build a business that actually supports you (instead of the other way around), join the Priority List now and get first access when the doors open.
